Rougemont School has two spaces currently suitable for functions and parties. From September 2018 the School will also have a fantastic 600 seater auditorium, refectory and conference facility that will be available to hire for a wide ranging number of events including shows, recitals, black tie dinners, exhibitions and more.
In the meantime, there are two spaces available for external lets.
A small function room that can hold up to 150 people and an Infant Hall with a full stage, lighting and sound system that can hold up to 300 people when seated.
Our current Birthday Party package includes 1 hour use of one of our activity spaces such as the Sports Hall, Astro Turf or Infant Hall, along with 1 hour use of the small function room for the birthday meal.
The Birthday Party booking rate is £50 for the 2 hour session. (£60 incl VAT)
The Infant Hall is hired out as a whole space and can be booked in 1 hour blocks at a cost of £25 per hour (£30 incl VAT).
Catering packages are also available, along with IT & audio equipment. We also allow external party suppliers holding Public Liability Insurance entry if you wish to offer activities such as bouncy castles or discos.
